I would like to leave a review for Abi in radiology for all her help today, Chasing around several departments to find out where an appointment had been booked for my husband and called me back several times to update me This is what you call first class customer service and I appreciate it very much.

Wonderful place and amazing friendly staff. Was looked after from first appointment to discharge from my procedure wonderfully. Hospital is brand new, clinically sterile and a relaxing place to be a patient. Cup of coffee and toast was beautifully presented and went down a treat Thank you to all for looking after me so well. The staff are a credit to the place

Been coming to see physio after my knee replacement and all the physio’s have been fantastic, especially Freya who is amazing so professional and kind. Even when I have struggled she’s been encouraging and supportive. Would highly recommend them.

People complain about the NHS but I have nothing but great experiences, latterly with Buckshaw Hospital , very pleasant reception staff and really helpful and effective treatment from one of the staff from the physiotherapy department , friendly chatty and explained my problem and the solutions really well

11/12/2023 - attended for hernia. From start to finish the whole experience was second to none. Plenty of parking, receptionist pleasant and informative, medical staff (nurses and doctors) brilliant.

Had ultrasound scan today ,the team looking after me Toni (HCA)&DR Chiphang ,we're lovely ,both took the time to explain what they where doing ,and to point out what they where looking at .can not fault them or the hospital .

I come for annual breast cancer checks and last year was informed that my mammogram was clear immediately by the doctor. This yea, however, i have received 2 identical letters to give me the results. Maybe, the administration needs looking at. Also, last year I was given the appointement for this year at the desk but up to now I have heard nothing about the check up next year. Why?
