Mr Zelhof is a consultant urological surgeon at Ramsay Healthcare and Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHSFT. He underwent his specialist urological training in the North West Deanery which led to the accreditation of Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in July 2014. He has gained further specialist experience at stones centre in Amsterdam. An active researcher, with over 30 publications, international and national presentations, he received his research doctorate(MD with honours) from the University of Hull after an intensive study of prostate cancer multi-parametric magnetic resonance imaging. He is the clinical audit lead for Urology at LTH and a qualified educator holding a Post Graduate Medical Education Certificate (PGME Cert.) with merit, which gives him the accreditation to be an Educational Supervisor.
